We’re seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams, timelines, and business objectives. You’ll orchestrate execution, remove blockers, and maintain visibility for key programs—from planning to delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge gaps between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to keep priorities synchronized.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements (e.g., agile rituals, tools, communication flows).
Risk Management: Proactively flag dependencies, resource constraints, or timeline risks with mitigation plans.
Reporting & Metrics: Track progress, report KPIs to leadership, and translate insights into action.
Change Management: Guide teams through pivots or scaling efforts with minimal disruption.
Requirements5+ years in program/project management, preferably in tech or product-driven environments.
Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence).
Strong stakeholder management—able to influence without authority.
Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking success metrics.
Excellent communication (English + [other if needed]) for global teams.
Bonus: PMP/CSPO certification or experience with [specific domain, e.g., SaaS, hardware].
