Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.  Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.  Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.  Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-ProdDev-related occupation.

Position requires:

Capacity planning, resource allocation, and complex trend analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, or Power BI; Demand forecast management utilizing time series or regression analysis and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process; End-to-end (E2E) capacity planning and scalability utilizing scenario planning to optimize resource allocation; Core Cloud computing and data center infrastructure fundamentals including compute resources, storage solutions, and networking; Program and project management using tools like Confluence, Jira, Wrike, or Microsoft Project; Data analysis and business intelligence reporting utilizing SQL, Tableau, and Oracle Analytics; Continuous process improvement through techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma
