As a Principal Technical Program Manager on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Multicloud team, you will own the execution of initiatives and programs that span across the Multicloud and Media Services organizations, as well as our hyperscaler partners and strategic customers. In this role, you will work with a diverse set of development teams, architects, product managers, and senior executives to launch, refine, and automate programs to make internal processes more efficient. The initial scope for this role will be heavily weighted toward rhythm of business (exec reporting, finance, cloud operations) functions, but over time will expand into owning programs in both the Multicloud and Media Services businesses.

We are looking for a driven, highly organized individual who excels at driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs and projects to play a critical role in driving product delivery. The successful candidate works backward, starting with the customer, has a passion for solving difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a curiosity about creativity and innovative thinking, can lead a conversation in a room with designers, engineers, and product managers, and influence partners to arrive at the accurate outcomes. You come to the role with a history of leading large end-to-end projects, experience driving stakeholder accountability, are an exceptionally strong communicator, and have a good sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams. Experience with multi-cloud environments is preferred.
