Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or related technical field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager -related occupation. Position Requires:
Planning and forecasting network capacity to provide timely response to Customer queries; Managing Technical Programs for efficient Project Deliverables; Constructing Tableau Dashboards to stitch together executive level summary reports; Monitoring & Troubleshooting Network Issues impacting Customer performance; Recommending Network Augments/Changes to improve customer performance and internal processes; Tracking Organic/Inorganic growth to scale the network; Running SQL queries for Data Mining purposes; Creating algorithms for automated process using Python; Designing MS Excel Macros to automate large data into different tables for internal use; and Using Confluence/Jira ticketing system for tracking project deliverables and internal systems.
