Job Summary
The Program Manager 2 manages multiple medium to high complexity programs. They ensure short and long-range strategic goals are met and aligned regionally or system-wide.
SALARY
The pay range for this position is $31.73 (entry-level qualifications) - $54.90 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate’s specific qualifications and prior experience
Essential Functions of the Role
Coordinates, manages and facilitates the design, planning and implementation of many programs and processes and/or quality improvement initiatives.Performs or helps collection and testing of data to identify opportunities for improvement. Identifies findings, outcomes and recommendations.Facilitates program help by getting input, keeping records, and resolving issues. Monitors effectiveness and makes changes as needed.Acts as point of contact to vendor partners to meet the needs of the program.Develops, maintains and seeks approval for program documentation such as training/educational materials, presentations, calendars, correspondence, etc.Ensures compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulatory agencies.Key Success Factors
