Lead Multi-Site Innovation – Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Program Manager 1.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead coordination efforts for the Proactive Refinery Intelligence & Technologies (P.R.I.T) initiative. This remote contract role is ideal for professionals with experience in the refining industry and a passion for driving cross-site project success.

Your Role and Impact
As the Program Manager 1, you’ll oversee project activities across multiple refinery sites, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and clear communication. You’ll work closely with site leads to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain project visibility through dashboards and reporting tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate project activities across multiple sites and ensure weekly status updates.

Track progress, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with site leads.

Maintain and update project timelines and milestones using One Plan software.

Schedule and lead key project meetings during deployment phases.

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project health to stakeholders.

Support documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Identify and escalate constraints or hurdles to ensure timely resolution.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

2+ years of experience in the refining industry.

Proven experience in project coordination or management in multi-site or industrial settings.

Strong proficiency in project management tools (preferably One Plan).

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Rate: $49.27/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Work Style: 100% Remote

Contract Length: 3–6 months, with potential for extension

Travel: No travel required

Pay Details: $49.27 per hour
