What this job involves:
Working onsite with our global tech client, Amazon! The Program Manager oversees client emergency response plans across multiple international locations according to EHS frameworks, while coordinating comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures across all facility management functions including EHS and Engineering.
Main duties include:
Develop and manage comprehensive emergency response programs aligned with client EHS frameworks across multiple locations
Lead fire and emergency drills while implementing preparedness training including safety ambassador programs
Create and maintain site-specific EHS documentation including emergency manuals and escalation matrices
Ensure alignment between JLL and client HSSE frameworks while overseeing statutory compliance processes
Manage internal quality audits and business assurance reviews, driving closure of non-compliances
Partner with client HSSE teams to develop standard operating procedures
Validate emergency evacuation plans and conduct periodic inspections of fire and life safety systems
Support regional FM teams with sustainability, EHS, quality, and business assurance initiatives

We're seeking a seasoned safety professional with proven expertise in emergency response management across diverse environments. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive compliance while building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years' experience managing fire safety/EHS programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex safety concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating teams across multiple sites and countries
Strong risk assessment capabilities with proven ability to develop effective mitigation strategies
