Program Manager, Vice President, Construction Management

We're seeking someone to join our team as a professional with relevant experience to manage Programs for global strategic projects in Real Estate Solutions (RES) Center of Excellence (CoE) within MS Corporate Services division.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Vice President level position within the Construction Management, which designs, sources, and oversees all construction projects from start to finish, as well as coordinating office moves and new space readiness

The CoE is an independent function of the RES group that supports and governs the delivery of the Global Real Estate Strategy, Capital Plan and Program/ Projects. The CoE drives value through proactive management of commercial opportunities and continuous improvement in governance, reporting, scheduling, change control and stakeholder management

What you'll do in the role:

You will play a pivotal role in developing high quality program frameworks and documents by ensuring cross-functional stakeholder interaction, aligning with overall business objectives and real estate initiatives

You will establish partnerships at all levels of stakeholders emphasizing collaboration, clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency

You will ensure strategic alignment, clarity and consistency among involved stakeholders and collate information that will help develop the project scope

You will prepare concise and visually engaging executive summaries and decision memos for changes or updates to the program


What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related field

12+ years of experience in supporting program or project management for strategic Real Estate projects (office fit-outs and experience in refurbishment projects in live trading and GC offices preferable),

Experience of creating or utilizing Program Documents for alternative types of Real Estate projects

Experience working in a global organization in a strategic role or CoE or PMO (prior experience of working on Owner's side is preferable)

Your expertise and experience in supporting program or project management for strategic Real Estate projects, preferably office fit-outs and experience in refurbishment projects in live trading and GC offices

You will work closely with regional or global program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical leads and senior executives to gather program scope, information and validate content, facilitating workshops as needed, to extract insights and ensure alignment

Your influence to achieve required outcomes by effectively managing time-to time conflict resolution/dependencies if any

This role will be based in India but will provide services on a variety of large programs being undertaken globally. Accordingly, this role must be prepared to work hours appropriate to a global service delivery model
