The ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager reports directly to the Head of Sustainability/ESG and works closely with the ESG Controller, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and other cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for development of key disclosures such as the annual sustainability report, CDP and Ecovadis, management of third party emissions validation process, as well as response to customer sustainability data and inquiry requests. onsemi has committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040 and has received validation of its near term Science Based Targets for Scope 1, 2, and 3.
