Amazon Business Japan is seeking a Pricing Program Manager to lead our strategic pricing initiatives. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative pricing mechanisms that ensure our business customers receive competitive B2B pricing. As the Program Manager, you will be the voice of our business customers, advocating for their pricing needs. Success in this role requires effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. You will work with Sales teams, Operations, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and Tech teams. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of achieving results in program management, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Key job responsibilities
1. Design and execute competitive B2B pricing strategies, managing end-to-end program delivery
2. Analyze pricing data, develop models, and create business cases for pricing optimization
3. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement pricing solutions
4. Track program metrics, and report performance to leadership
5. Drive adoption of pricing tools while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
6. Listen to the voice of Customers and identify business opportunities, especially the Japan specific requirements to deliver a great Customer Experience.
