Program Manager, Performance & Feedback
**About the Role** In this role, you will operationalize Uber’s Performance and Feedback programs and project manage the details. You will work with cross-functional People teams to design with the employee and manager experience at the center, while ensuring they stay connected to the overall Talent Development & Growth strategy. **What You’ll Do** - Manage the programmatic execution of year-round performance and feedback for managers and employees across Uber. - Support the connection between performance and Uber’s talent management strategy. - Partner with People COEs (IDEA, Comp, HR, People Tech, etc) to gather inputs and requirements to deliver year-round performance and talent programming across all employees and managers. - Document standard processes across performance and talent programming, and update as these continue to evolve. - Implement talent management initiatives and programs to support Uber to know talent, and provide employees with continued growth opportunities across the organization. - Work closely with People Tech to evolve the functionality of tracking talent within Uber’s internal HR tools. - Support the design of performance and talent-related content, while aligning this across the Growth Scaled Solutions team in partnership with content and editorial POC. - Work closely with the People Partner team to scale training and enablement related to performance and talent for all managers and employees. - Provide support to the People Partner and HR teams to ensure they are well equipped to align with employees and managers on Uber’s approach to performance and talent. - Establish strong relationships across Perf & Talent, HR, and the business to influence key Talent Development and Growth priorities. - Help drive the team’s strategy to address employee growth based on data and insights. **Basic Qualifications** - Minimum 5+ years professional experience, preferably in a role that supported complex project management and programming. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in a People function role, partnering with business leaders in support of high-performing teams. - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders, on different initiatives, taking initiative to move projects forward, executing based upon team goals. - Previous experience designing / developing (or supporting) organization-wide performance and talent management programs. - Experience with performance management tooling and/or designing platforms to enable employees and managers to know where they stand. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
