Description Amazon is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Alternative Payment Method Program within our Payment Business Operations team! This pivotal role will drive operational excellence for our advanced online payment systems, with a specific focus on Buy Now Pay Later solutions across Latin America. Key job responsibilities • Drive program management excellence alongside technical teams to revolutionize payment products and customer experience • Manage operational relationships with third-party partners and internal stakeholders • Conduct sophisticated data analysis to extract actionable insights for business decisions • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities • Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize features and manage post-launch optimization Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Knowledge of the payments industry or financial services - Experience in eCommerce, technology, or customer service operations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
