You will need to be in the office 3 days a week (including Mondays) and can work from home on other days. **What you will do** + Define and manage program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership. + Develop detailed project plans, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, Gantt charts, and Work Breakdown Structures. + Own program schedules, analyzing critical paths and key milestones. + Create and manage program budgets, optimizing costs within set limits. + Partner with teams to develop and maintain program quality plans. + Identify and mitigate project risks with a comprehensive risk management plan. + Lead procurement strategy and vendor selection. + Allocate and manage cross-functional resources, defining roles and responsibilities. + Provide feedback, mentor team members, and support hiring and onboarding. + Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans for key business leaders. **What you need** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline. + Minimum 8 years of related work experience in Project Management, Software Product Development, or Engineering. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred. + Utilization of Agile, rolling-wave, or waterfall planning methodology. + Lead or developed projects for medical devices or regulated industries + Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar). + Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, balancing risks and benefits in dynamic environments. + Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. + Strong understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations) and risk management practices. + Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects on time and within budget. **$150,300 - $245,800** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
