Program Manager, Marketing Leadership Operations

\n \nWhy We Have This Role\n \nOur marketing organization is scaling rapidly to support Qualtrics' growth, and our CMO and marketing leadership team need a strategic operations partner to build a predictive rhythm of business and repeatable processes so leaders can focus on driving strategy and supporting their teams. You'll be the operational backbone that enables our marketing leaders to focus on strategy and execution while you handle the complex coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Working directly with our CMO and their direct reports, you'll have visibility into the highest-level marketing decisions and the opportunity to shape how we operate as a world-class marketing organization. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
