In JP Direct Fulfillment (DF), our goal is to ensure customer’s orders are delivered as fast as feasibly possible, on time, in full…every time. To meet this goal, we manage and optimize a complex network of vendors and carriers, seeking to provide best-in-class service levels through the entire supply chain.
The team is looking for a tenured and self-motivated Program Manager to support strategic projects that drive improvements in vendor performance, transportation execution, and customer experience (CX).

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life
外部ベンダー、運送業者、社内チームと連携しながら、出荷・配送オペレーション全般の管理を行います。
具体的には、ネットワークの詳細な分析とパフォーマンスレビューを定期的（日次/週次/月次/四半期）に実施し、データに基づいた改善施策の立案と実行を推進します。また、複雑な運用課題の解決やピーク期間の計画立案を通じて、短期・長期の目標達成に向けたソリューションを実装します。
また、スピーディーな環境下で、複数チームと密接に連携しながら、柔軟性を持って業務を遂行していただきます。新しいツールやシステムへの適応力も重要な要素となります。

As a DF Program Manager, you will play a key role managing overall shipping and delivery operations while coordinating with external vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
Specifically, conduct detailed network analysis and performance reviews on a regular basis (DBR/WBR/MBR/QBR) to develop and implement data-driven improvements. Additionally, implement solutions for both short- and long-term goals while resolving complex operational challenges and planning for peak periods.
Furthermore, execute tasks with flexibility while working closely with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. The adaptability to new tools and systems is also an essential element.
