Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking a Program Manager who contributes to our mission of developing selling partner trust. This role brings together business skills, empirical data, social engagement and external technology into learning about Amazon operations, product and programs for selling partners that increase and improves selling partner experience. It's a unique opportunity to get broad exposure to Amazon Retail leadership and Tech partners of JP/worldwide. What Can Be Achieved Via This Position
• Create and communicate an engagement philosophy and vision that will affect change through “thought leadership”.
• Champion the voice of the ‘vendor’ and collaborate with local and global teams to generate innovative solutions and challenging business problems and future needs.
• Understand the future direction of the business and adapt the delivery strategy of learning solutions.
Key job responsibilities
• Research and develop workflows to help build selling partner trust
• Develop programs and solutions essential to develop JP selling partner capabilities, partnering with Retail Leadership teams and business SMEs.
• Identify business challenges/needs via executing researches and deep-dives (e.g. company-wide surveys and interviews) and propose future directions and necessary actions to JP Retail Leadership for their alignment.
• Own and develop multiple capability development materials throughout end-to-end lifecycle (incl. problem framing, program justification, proposal to leadership, contents development and launch, adoption, and inspection).
• Collaborate with Global selling partner teams to leverage existing global solutions + programs and develop new content for JP selling partners.
• Define short-term and long-term goals / roadmap for selling partner management
• Establish clear goals for measurement and monitor them to continuously improve contents for people development maximization.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
