Program Manager, Global Ethics and Compliance

ManpowerGroup seeks a motivated ethics compliance professional for its Ethics and Compliance Group within the Global Legal Group. Reporting to the Corporate Legal Leader and Chief Compliance Officer, this role involves managing, implementing, evaluating, and improving our Ethics and Compliance program. The candidate should have extensive expertise in ethics and compliance, with experience in policy development, communications, and training.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of EC program enhancements and process improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
o Coordinate the gathering of annual certifications of compliance with the Code of Ethics and report and follow-up on delinquent certifications.
o Manage the compliance training delivered through the Business Ethics Learning Center to approximately 30,000 employees in 70 countries, ensuring participation is accurately recorded in the learning management system, including reporting and following up on delinquent participation and acknowledgments.
• Support the EC program’s strategic planning activities, including developing PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas, materials, and reports in support of strategic planning activities, and assist with the analysis of relevant data and identification of EC priorities.
o Conduct industry research and maintain ongoing awareness of compliance program trends to better promote understanding the Ethics and Compliance Program and providers.
o Plan, draft, develop, implement and globally distribute ManpowerGroup’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Anti-Corruption, and other policies, including training curricula.
o Manage the policy lifecycle process, including regular policy review, updates, approval, distribution, and acknowledgments.
o Oversee the implementation and scheduling of annual compliance training and communications plan.
• Act as the point of contact for employees to help address a variety of Ethics Compliance questions or concerns and provide guidance on compliance-related policies.
o Serve as a partner to business leadership including People Culture, Legal, Finance, and other functional partners to promote ethical and compliant business conduct.
o Assist in the preparation of presentations to senior management and Board of Directors.
o Provide leadership and guidance to local country compliance officers in all 70 countries to ensure they are able to facilitate the Ethics Compliance programs locally.
o Manage the day-to-day operation of and ensure the functionality of ManpowerGroup’s Business Ethics Hotline.
o Monitor performance and follow up as appropriate to ensure effectiveness of the compliance program and related activities on an ongoing basis through development, collection, and analysis of key metrics.
o Assist with compliance-related inquiries, audits, and investigations by internal teams, external parties, and regulatory authorities.
o Manage relationships with third-party compliance training and ethic hotline vendors, including negotiating contracts.
o Manage RFP processes as necessary.
