Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience with end-to-end supply chain management across various channels (B2C, B2B, etc.) and experience in transportation network optimization, logistics planning, fulfillment, and distribution strategies.
+ Experience in management consulting, strategy or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Effective data-mining and analytical skills, with the ability to thoroughly examine and analyze supply chain cost and performance information.
+ Excellent consulting and client facing skills, and organizational skills, or proven ability to work and deliver results in matrix stakeholder structures.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

+ Drive client consultations for Google's advertising partners/retailers, identifying strategic opportunities to improve customer experience and to drive logistics performance.
+ Analyze clients' logistics operations and compile recommendations according to customer needs, partnering with suitable vendors/suppliers to implement the recommendations.
+ Utilize analytics and identify opportunities to compare and reduce logistics and carrier freight costs for customers.
+ Conduct market studies and industry analysis. Research supply chain trends and technology advancements in order to drive improvement and to present opportunities for innovation.
+ Support the development of internal platforms with “gold standard” logistics content. Develop avenues to externalize, scale and socialize this content.
