Program Manager, Entrepreneurship Residency Program

The D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families' (IVMF) Entrepreneurship and Small Business team is seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our residency-based entrepreneurship programs. This includes the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (EBV) family of programs, the Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE) program, and the Startup Training Resources to Inspire Veteran Entrepreneurship (STRIVE) program.
The Program Manager will oversee logistics, curriculum delivery, stakeholder engagement, and participant experience for both in-person and online components. This individual will also provide leadership to the EBV National Consortium, supporting partner universities with recruitment, program guidance, and collaboration. Additional responsibilities include managing program budgets, driving marketing and recruitment efforts, supporting grant reporting, and ensuring all programs exceed expectations for quality, impact, and participant satisfaction.
This position may be filled on a fully remote basis if the identified candidate is not currently located in Syracuse, NY (within 50 miles). Not all geographical areas within the United States are eligible.
