Google is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Assurance Program Manager to strengthen regulatory compliance through leading ongoing oversight and programmatic efforts related to compliance issues management and binding commitments, across the following compliance risk domains: Payments, Competition, Consumer Protection, Content, Privacy, Security and Artificial Intelligence. This role will interact with multiple First Line of Defense (1LoD) and 1.5 LoD teams. In this role, you will be responsible for engagement and providing expert guidance on their use of the issues management process, and offering oversight to 1LoD teams responsible for addressing controls. Additionally, you will provide Second Line of Defense (2LoD) oversight for Google Binding Commitments, including capturing the commitments, requirements and controls using Google’s governance, risk, and compliance management tooling, and working with program team members. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
