As a Program Manager for Career Development, you will play a key role in bringing Zillow’s career development and internal mobility strategy to life. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Management, you’ll help manage and implement scalable programs, tools, and processes that support employees in navigating their career paths. Your work will focus on driving the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of career development programs such as internal mobility, future rotation programs, and other career development initiatives. Your work will directly shape how employees grow, move, and thrive at Zillow, driving a culture of growth and career ownership.
You will get to:Manage and execute career development programs, including Zillow’s internal mobility framework, potential rotational programs, and other employee growth initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking participation, supporting pilots, and identifying areas for continuous improvement and scalability.
Act as the program manager for LEEP (Leadership Entrance Experience Program), Zillow Group’s self-paced leadership development experience for aspiring people managers. Manage all aspects of program delivery including enrollment, participant support, communications, and the scheduling of associated learning sessions or peer discussions. Lead an upcoming program refresh by applying existing recommendations, participant feedback, internal talent data, and external leadership development research to enhance impact and relevance.
Coordinate and support learning experiences and workshops related to operationalizing Zillow’s core values, developing critical skills, and building business education initiatives that enhance employees’ overall development.
Oversee vendor relationships for LinkedIn Learning and the Insights Discovery assessment program, including day-to-day communications, scheduling logistics, participant coordination, assessment distribution, and post-program sustainment. Drive increased usage and adoption at scale by identifying opportunities to align content and experiences with career paths, skill development needs, and broader learning priorities.
Lead communications and engagement efforts for development programs by creating and executing multi-channel strategies such as email campaigns, Slack posts, LMS announcements, and intranet content that drive awareness, boost enrollment, and encourage ongoing participation.
Support internal marketing and brand visibility for learning and career development by collaborating with the communications team to craft compelling messaging, promote program successes, and tailor outreach strategies to diverse employee audiences.

Experienced in supporting career development initiatives, internal mobility efforts, early career programs, or values-based learning experiences within a growing, fast-paced organization.
Proven ability in managing large initiatives, logistics, communications, and participant engagement for learning and development programs, including workshops, assessments, and self-guided learning experiences.
Adept at developing learning content and supporting the delivery of engaging workshops, events, or development resources that align with career and skills growth.
Experienced working in a global organization, with an understanding of how to scale learning and development programs to meet the needs of diverse, distributed employee populations across regions and time zones. Experience scaling LinkedIn Learning is a plus.
A clear and confident communicator who can tailor messaging for different audiences and channels, whether through emails, Slack, LMS announcements, or live facilitation.
Technologically fluent and energized by emerging tools—especially AI—with a proactive approach to exploring and adopting innovations that drive impact.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, etc.), or equivalent experience, with 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field.
