The BR AVS Central is looking for a Program Manager with excellent analytical abilities, as well as stakeholder management, to lead the VX & Offering workstreams in our team. The WW Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Program are a suite of services designed to help Amazon's most strategic vendors grow and deliver the best customer experience by working across all key retail levers (e.g. selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing). The service is delivered primarily through Brand Specialists assigned to specific vendors. As a PM for VX & Offering, you will enforce our vendor experience priority, as well as ensure we are delivering the right set of services for them.
You will work in close collaboration with AVS Team Leads, Head of Vendor Managers and Instock Managers, Vendor Experience Central Team and other key Retail stakeholders to understand vendors and business’ needs. Finally, you will be expected to contribute to continuous enhancements and innovation within the service. You should be passionate about diving deep into analysis and creating frugal and scalable solutions, resourceful and customer focused. You need to have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic business environments while managing the needs of different groups of stakeholders and keep them engaged.
About the team
The AVS Central Team is divided into 5 main work streams and 2 additional areas: 1) Scaling (operational process optimization, automation, and outsourcing), 2) People (hiring, learning & development), 3) Vendor Experience, 4) Offering (AVS menu of services), and 5) Business Impact. We also count with a i) product, and ii) data division.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated program or project management experience
- Track record of successfully working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Proven experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and leveraging data-driven insights for program improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvements initiatives
- Experience developing and implementing processes, project management methodologies, and scheduling frameworks
