Objectives of this Role
Provide program support for the Chief of Staff for Charles River DevelopmentCoordinate and execute on the business leader’s internal engagement strategyThis role will require 4 days onsite/week in Burlington, MA or Boston, MADaily and Monthly Responsibilities
Support a variety of programs and initiatives by developing and driving clear and concise action plans and updates that help keep owners on trackCollaborate with cross-functional leadership within our business unit to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to employeesImprove channels, tools and processes for effective information sharing to enhance employee engagementCreate connections and keep teams informed through clear, concise and engaging contentManage content strategy and update company SharePoint site partnering with the Marketing design teamPlan and coordinate programs that are high priority for the CEORun small programs, helps with the coordination and execution of employee event, provide onsite support at events, with a focused on ensuring internship and coop programs run smoothlyAssist in the ongoing development of resources, program procedures and department reference materialsAssist with internal and client facing events working closely with the head of events for Charles River.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is requiredThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate environmentProven experience organizing and working with multiples teams and departmentsExceptional writing and content creation skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsCandidate should be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretionApproaches work with positivity and creativityProactive approach to problem solving and prioritization is necessaryAbout State Street

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
