Program Manager, Amazon Grocery Logistics
Description Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is looking for a Program Manager to join our Delivery Execution Team, focusing on Grocery Partnerships — Amazon’s third-party grocery delivery service. In this role, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and drive improvements in a complex, rapidly-growing business. This role requires innovative problem-solving, ability to work with data, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery strategy and execution. You will need to present complex analysis and recommendations to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous, high-paced environment. Key job responsibilities - Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams - Leverage data to identify and develop business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics - Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale - Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks - Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of program or project management experience - 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience with SQL Preferred Qualifications - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
