**Description and Requirements**
**About the Role**
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of financing and alternative payment solutions on Lenovo.com. This role is critical to enhancing the customer experience at checkout, driving conversion, and supporting the overall profitability of our eCommerce business.
You’ll serve as the day-to-day owner of alternative payments and financing across the US and Canada, managing key vendor relationships, leading promotional planning, and using data to inform decisions and continuously improve program performance. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and third-party vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own the profitability, growth, and overall success of financing and alternative payment programs on Lenovo.com
+ Manage daily relationships with payment and financing partners in partnership with Payment Operations and Merchandising teams
+ Lead monthly business reviews with stakeholders, including program performance reporting and optimization plans
+ Use data and key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth
+ Build and maintain a promotional calendar to drive incremental sales and boost site conversion
+ Collaborate with Web Merchandising and UX teams to improve onsite visibility and user experience for financing options
+ Optimize landing pages and site merchandising to increase engagement
+ Conduct A/B testing and implement site enhancements based on performance insights
+ Coordinate cross-functional project execution with Operational Program Managers, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and external vendors
+ Partner with Product and Engineering teams as needed to support site improvements and technical implementations
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends in digital payments and customer financing to inform roadmap planning
**What You’ll Bring**
+ 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital payments, program management, or related fields
+ Strong understanding of alternative payment and financing solutions (e.g., Buy Now, Pay Later, lease-to-own, digital wallets)
+ Proven track record managing vendor relationships and delivering measurable business results
+ Analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed, strategic decisions
+ Excellent communication, organizational, cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfortable presenting to leadership
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience in the consumer electronics or retail
+ Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in payment programs
+ Hands-on experience with data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
