The Program Manager, AI and Product Security will join Lenovo's AI Governance and Product Security Office in our mission of enabling security and trust in Lenovo's use of AI technology in product development.

The AI Governance and Product Security Office works across all Lenovo's business and product areas to ensure AI tools are used in accordance with Company standards and international regulations, and products are developed and implemented with industry best practices for security.

General Responsibilities:

Implement AI governance and product security processes worldwide.Deliver complex enterprise security programs and product security processes for worldwide offerings.Lead and manage the development of a detailed plan and strategy for review of internal AI tools and Lenovo’s AI-enabled products, new security regulations, and driving implementation across product units.Ensure clear and accurate communication regarding Risk, Compliance, reporting/KPIs, programmatic efforts, practices, projects and metrics.Cultivate and maintain partnerships and channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders, including government and public entities.Communicate and manage messaging across Lenovo businesses and work with cross-functional teams (i.e., Legal, Product Development Teams) to ensure Compliance.Implement and advise business stakeholders at Executive levels regarding Security best practice, reporting, analytics.Support programs in the AI Governance and Product Security Office, enabling security activities and digital transformation pathways in accordance with Company, US, and International regulations.Providing oversight and governance for global security policies and standards that impact Lenovo’s Secure Development Lifecycle, Software Security Review Board, AI Governance, PSIRT process or Trusted Supplier Program on behalf of the Chief Security Office.Evangelize business teams on Lenovo secure development and vulnerability management policies and providing consultancy support where appropriate.Maintain an understanding of global requirements on AI, security and privacy from local governments and industries to new trends, ensuring best practice and alignment with goals.

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelors Degree in Cyber Security or Technology related field. 5+ years Experience managing and supporting enterprise security or product security processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years Experience in security GRC fundamentals and industry best-practices in secure development processes.Experience designing and deploying security solutions at the enterprise level (including RFIs, vendor selection, detailed solution design).Experience with software technical requirements for security of enterprise and client systems, along with understanding of services and solutions development.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to present to large groups utilizing MS Office (PowerPoint).Ability to visualize, craft and articulate complex concepts into actionable plans.Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners.Experience managing and communicating expectations across different levels (i.e., Executives).
