You will be the Subcontract Program Manager for the Interceptor Production team within Lockheed Martin's Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractors and critical subcontracted systems, ensuring seamless integration and execution of contract requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proven track record of leading and transforming major program subcontracts, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Experience designing subcontract solutions, leading projects, and executing Supply Chain strategies as part of cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 4-6 Subcontract Administrators/Managers.
• History of driving process improvements through innovative change implementation.
• Strategic decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to various audiences.
• Eligibility to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to travel as required.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Finance, or Engineering.
• Developing strategic partnerships and teaming agreements.
• Creating innovative contractual vehicles to drive results.
• Developing performance-based subcontracting strategies.
• Contracting strategies and FAR regulations.
• Lockheed Martin Acquisition Process (LMAP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Supply Chain Navigation (SC NAV) systems.
• Experience managing supplier capacity efforts.
• Experience managing cost type subcontracts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
