Program Management Staff - Level 4
**Description:** The F\-35 Mods Upgrades Program Management Office \(PMO\) supports a growing F\-35 Sustainment business\. The PMO is seeking an experienced Program Manager to be responsible for Air Vehicle Depot Activation and Expansions for the F\-35 program\. The selected Program Manager shall be responsible for acquisition, contractual implementation, and implementation of awards to stand\-up an Air Vehicle depot or expand an existing depot to perform modifications and upgrades for the global F\-35 enterprise\. This role requires oversight, integration and engagement with multiple Lockheed Martin functions responsible to deliver the program requirements and products to the depots for activation\. The role will require working closely with the Joint Program Office \(JPO\) customer and responsible depot personnel while supporting program maturation reviews and the verification of activation requirements\. The PM shall be responsible to ensure cost, schedule, and on time delivery performance in accordance with the contractual requirements and deliverables to ensure depot readiness for modification events\. As the PM for this portfolio of work, you shall be the focal point for the on\-going ownership of the program phases performed as NRE labor and applicable material procurements such as special test equipment\. PM standard work shall be applied throughout the lifecycle of the implementation\. The role will also integrate depot capacity demands with the PMO's overall Fleet Configuration Planning strategy\. **Basic Qualifications:** Experience in all phases of Program Management, including policies and procedures\. Experience in the acquisition of new business and contracting implementation\. **Desired Skills:** Bachelor's degree or higher\. Demonstrated ability developing and executing strategic objectives\. Demonstrated partnership building with internal and external customers and employees at all levels and across multiple teams\. F\-35 Program Knowledge/Experience\. FAR/DFAR familiarity\. Experience with ITAR & TAA application\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
