This is a Program Management position within Advanced Development Programs F-35 Fighter Improvements and Derivatives organization. The successful candidate will act as a critical member of the program management office, supporting the Air Vehicle Portfolio Lead as a Program Manager for key activities and initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and leading Vehicle Systems projects, working across ADP, Technology Roadmaps, and the F-35 program team.
- Developing and executing New Business Funds (NBF) and Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) projects related to maturing and transitioning vehicle system capability for the F-35.
- Support Air Vehicle lead in developing collaborative relationships with customer program offices, service requirements leads, operational command technical leads, Government research teams, and industry/supplier partners to shape, develop and transition new capabilities to the platform in support of warfighter needs.
- Execute special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Program management and/or project management experience.
- Vehicle Systems development, integration and/or test on fighter aircraft.
- Experience delivering on critical milestones through cooperative relationships across competitive programs with government customers, suppliers and/or internal LM teams
- Experience in advanced 5th Gen (F-35 and/or F-22) technology
Desired Skills:
- Background in systems engineering, hardware and software development, and test
- Background in modeling and simulation
- Cross-functional experience
- An active F-35 and/or F-22 SAP clearance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
