The P&TPM Quality Assurance (QA) Program Management Sr Analyst is accountable for Day-to-Day management of P&TPM Quality Assurance program for External Relationships and the newly onboarded ACF relationships. The candidate will be leading and directing a team of professionals to meet the QA Objectives. Incumbent will require a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the P&TPM function and how these interact in order to achieve the overall QA objectives. A proactive identification of issues and an in-depth understanding of the business impact of issues along with root cause identification will be requires. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally as well as externally, often at a senior level. Accountable for the end results of the Quality Assurance on Activities Assigned with control over resources, preformulating and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team, including management of people, to include performance evaluation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.
