**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Program Management Principal, you will lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs, working across multiple contributors, teams and stakeholders
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company/segment/sector initiatives.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Oversee cross-functional projects and programs from end to end. Initiate the development of a program charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule, issues get resolved, and the program is completed successfully.
+ Oversee all aspects of planning and executing strategic initiatives, including research/thought leadership projects, client engagement events, and other projects/programs
+ Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
+ Devise strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth. Oversee the implementation of updated business strategies.
+ Represent FPS in GWS/BOE and CBRE event planning and management
+ Provide support in assigning resources to a specific project or program. Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
+ Create and review market research and study market trends. Research the practices and market behavior of industry competitors.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Manage internal, external and vendor relationships in support of the program.
+ Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to act while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ Travel expected 10%
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Prior Management Consulting experience preferred
+ A natural self-starter and critical thinker, able to think ahead, anticipate issues and solve them before they arise
+ Ability to lead the development of client and publication-ready written deliverables in multiple formats, with meticulous attention to detail
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $180,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
