Job OverviewThe Program Management Lead is a senior professional responsible for managing large programs from initiation through delivery. The role involves planning, coordination, and oversight of day-to-day program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Citi is looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, highly analytical, and able to apply structured problem solving in different business areas. Experience in management consulting (with a top-tier firm or in a strategic corporate role) is highly valued. Credit risk / financial services experience is a plus. A track record of delivering large transformation projects in large or complex organizations is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working across different types of program management and the flexibility to seamlessly move between business analysis and project management as needed..

6-10 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or program management in large organizations.Required Licensing/Registration: Series 6Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply them in different business contexts.Team player with an enthusiastic approach to tackling challenges.Preferred experience managing different types of programs and adapting to varied projects across businesses.Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to changing priorities.Ability to handle both business analysis and project management responsibilities seamlessly.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Negotiation skills and a can-do attitude.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and ability to create stories using narrativesData analysis utilizing data visualization tool is a plus.Credit risk or other risk stripes experience is a plus.Education:
