The Program Management Launch PD Champ is responsible to drive cross-functional teams to achieve Program launch delivery with the use of relevant product/program knowledge, communication, people skills, and process expertise.

BS in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics / Computer Science Engineering. English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking). Knowledge of vehicle components functions. Data analyticsSoftware understanding; mid to strong knowledge of programming fundamentals as well as experience in a programming language (i.e., C++, Python, Java).Written and oral communication skills: drive projects to success through effective issue resolution, communication, and scope management (Spanish/English). Global perspective, can-do attitude & good business acumen a plus. Negotiation – Win/Win outcomes (Conflict Management, Team Building, Consensus Building, Relationship building). Discipline – Meeting management, Decision Tracking, Issue Resolution, Meeting Cadence. Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point). Working knowledge of Jira, MS project, 6 Sigma. Teamwork & interpersonal skills crucial to build strong relationships between program teams, marketing, vehicle operations, finance, suppliers. Highly organized and disciplined with practical time management skills (meeting management, decision tracking, issue resolution, meeting cadence).

 

Track Jira tickets for new software issues (unique and x-car line).Support Corrective Actions implementation in the value chain. Support and follow up design change progression through change control process.Support PDL (program direction letter / program content) updates (Color PDL and follow-up PDL releases). Support hardware and software issues resolution.Lead working level meetings for specific items that required a close monitor.Support Launch meetings such hard rocks, start-up, issues resolutions, Alerts and others.
