Program Management Assistant
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Program Manager in generating reports and analyzing information for decision-making, focusing on materials, quality, and testing.Monitor actions generated by project opportunities or needs to comply with internal metrics and customer expectations.Coordinate and escalate the resolution of operational problems when projects lack sufficient resources to meet commitments.Collaborate with the customer focus team to collect data and prepare presentations for general meetings or Quarterly Business Reviews.Coordinate the resolution of issues related to product shipments.Escalate systemic problems or process issues in the supply chain.Troubleshoot and escalate delivery on time products (OTD) issues with the customer focus team.Analyze demand load and operational responses, including material shortages, capacity, and plan shipments, and communicate these to the customer.Assist the Program Manager in maintaining relationships with the customer through regular reviews to discuss deliveries, commitments, and account progress.Coordinate necessary actions with the customer focus team to meet customer targets in quality, testing, materials, and processes.Essential SkillsStrong communication skills, as the role involves extensive interaction with internal and external customers.Organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks effectively.Project management experience, ability, or interest is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
