Program Leader - Tariff Mitigation

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Project Leader to drive tariff mitigation transition initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional efforts to navigate changing tariff landscapes, implement effective mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for tariff mitigation transitions across ORV, including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment and reportingCollaborate closely with engineering, planning, and trade compliance teams to develop transition strategiesMonitor international trade regulations and advise the business on risk mitigationCommunicate project progress and strategic insights to senior leadership and external partnersEnsure all transition activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications:

Background In Engineering, Operations, Project Management Or Supply Chain5+ years of previous experience in automotive, agriculture, or consumer productMinimum of 2+ years of supplier interaction experience as it relates to source materials/components.Possesses and applies extensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to solve complex technical problems and projects.Skilled in multitasking and executing many tasks at once.Decisive and prone to action – self-starter.Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exhibits outstanding interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written communication).Understands and actively pursues the voice of the customer to exceed customer expectations.A passion for the mission, vision, and values of Polaris Off-Road Vehicles.Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Working Conditions

Open to a central office in the Twin Cities, or Roseau in MinnesotaOpen to a central office of Huntsville in AlabamaUp to 10-20% travel (primarily domestic) is associated with this role.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $91,000 to $120,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.  While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range. 

To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
