We have developed best-in-class collaboration models with agencies and our cross-company creative network to ensure a consistent creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe due to the scale of our products.Creative X Program Managers are a team of strategic leaders who work closely with Creative X, Marketing and Product to plan and manage brand foundations and cross-channel initiatives such as animation, iconography, illustration, typography, evergreen core assets, renders etc. Program Managers understand the language of creative and design, drive initiatives, ensure alignment with brand strategy, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to deliver high quality systems and projects. **Required Skills:** Program Lead Responsibilities: 1. Understand overall company brand strategy, the various category and product-specific brand strategies and how they all connect to business goals 2. Manage an experienced program management team 3. Lead and manage multiple projects, including planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful completion 4. Influence Marketing, Brand Strategy and Channel Marketers on Go-to-Market plans to develop and implement brand foundations and core assets (library of motion and static evergreen assets), ensuring alignment with company/business objectives and strategic/creative direction 5. Contribute to annual planning, prioritize projects and coordinate resourcing needs for all brand foundations and core assets programs based on impact, business objectives and team availability 6. Define scope & deliverables, team resourcing, budget forecasting and actualization at the project level 7. Manage program budgets, including forecasting, spending tracking, and cost control 8. Manage creative reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadership 9. Anticipate team and program needs, prioritizing competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutions 10. Key point of contact for Creative X team, Marketing, Brand Strategy & Channel marketers and agencies 11. Build and maintain relationships with internal (Creative X, Marketing, Sales/Merchandising, Product Design) and external (vendors) stakeholders 12. Consult with cross-functional teams as a brand foundations subject-matter-expert across initiatives and to share creative process education and best practices 13. Manage relationships with external design/production agencies globally, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and deliver high-quality products or services 14. Clearly and concisely communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 15. 10+ years experience in Program/Project Management at a creative/design agency and/or in-house brand/marketing team 16. 3+ years people management experience 17. Bachelors Degree in business, creative, marketing, technology or similar field, or equivalent work experience 18. Experience building brand foundation or core assets programs (ideally with hardware experience) that have demonstrably impacted a brand's trajectory 19. Experience presenting to and influencing at all levels of an organization 20. Experience leading and motivating teams, building consensus, and managing conflict 21. Experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions 22. Experience driving impact with little direction in an ambiguous, highly collaborative cross functional environment, managing stakeholder dynamics in a large matrixed organization 23.
