JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support a set of ongoing data management processes. Triage incoming requests, ensure participants submit proper documentation and follow protocol, flag inconsistencies, answer questions, connect with internal subject-matter-experts, and maintain reporting. As part of this role you will: 

Provide operational support for a set of ongoing data management processes, that may include data registration or data usage review and approval.  Utilize project management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain determined SLAs and SLOs Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Recognize patterns in workflows and suggest process improvements. Create and maintain thorough documentation of processes. Collect and report on operational metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally and motivate team members. Work as a team member with product and security engineers, product/program managers, compliance team members, and attorneys, as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Strong project management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong documentation skills. Analytical, problem-solving, and technical diplomacy skills. Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Understanding of data governance (in security, privacy, or ethics, etc.). Demonstrated experience successfully working in fast-paced, flexible environments.

Preferred

Some familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) and its use of data. Some familiarity with one of the following: privacy regulatory frameworks, data protection practices, ethical practices, AI regulations.
