Quest Global is looking for a Program Manager to execute and manage an exclusive loyalty program. This program aims to deepen business relationships between C-level executives and our strategic client partners, helping foster stronger, more valuable connections.

Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:Manage a system to track and document communications between C-level clients and Quest Global’s strategic account managers. Gather and analyze meaningful information about executives to inspire personalized, relevant communication approaches. Identify innovative ways to create opportunities for leaders to connect on shared interests, strengthening business ties. Program Development:Collaborate with sales to identify clients, ensuring the program is always aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with the research team to identify contact information for specific clients where information does not exist and bring it into the program and processWork alongside the social media and executive branding teams to ensure seamless integration and avoid overlaps. Impact & Measurement:Create a system to measure the effectiveness of communications and their role in strengthening relationships. Prepare reports quarterly on the engagement and impact to the CEO and Board of Directors.Provide data-driven insights on the program's performance and recommend improvements. Client Engagement:Organize quarterly activities to connect clients with Quest Global, whether through virtual events or in-person city clusters. Foster collaboration through Horizons, both the event and online platform to generate engagement among the clientsExplore new and creative initiatives for developing and maintaining a sense of loyalty and connection among clients.Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting loyalty programs, B2B or B2C. Minimum 3 years of project management experience.Experience with, and understanding of Salesforce.Ability to create dashboards in Salesforce to report on activityStrong project management skills with the ability to maintain structure and rhythm while meeting deadlines. Curiosity and persistence to help design and improve the program as we learn what is/is not effectiveExcellent research capabilities to uncover relevant insights about individuals through social media, news reports, and other sources. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft emails and messages on behalf of sales leadersA collaborative, servant-leadership mentality, understanding that your \"customer\" are senior sales leaders who have other priorities, but you have the persistence to drive progress proactively.Love for research, writing and building connectionsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in English literature, Journalism, Writing, Degree from a US or UK university highly preferred.
