Description:ADP is seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr to join the Fighter Improvements & Derivatives (I&D) team as the Portfolio Integrator. The roles and responsibilities include:
• Monitor budgets and financials generating metrics for monthly tracking
• Track and monitor adherence to portfolio milestones
• Support the portfolio leadership team in providing business rhythm required artifacts and briefs
• Interface across multiple aircraft platforms, engineering, facilities and IT to ensure program success.
The successful candidate will have experience with and/or knowledge of project management, strong communication skills, and the aerospace industry.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college
• Experience in business management, finance, supply chain, engineering and or program management
• Experience planning and driving projects to timely completion
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with government contracting, funding, or proposals
• Experience leading and coordinating across functional and programmatic boundaries
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Excellent demonstrated leadership and initiative
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
