Under the program director’s supervision, the Program Graduate Assistant (GA) supports successful operations for the online MPA in Sustainability program. GAs provide support to online students and the general program in collaboration with the program director. This position does not include grading or assessment of learning. GAs may work remotely from within the United States. 

This position is compensated at the Level A rate on the MIIS student wage scale: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities 

Support both internal and external program communication Proofread program descriptions and related articles for websites and social media Facilitate student feedback on the program, including in live townhall-style meetings Research various topics and resources related to MPA program and its specializations, report findings, and recommend improvements
