Content Factory is a specialist capability within Publicis Production, dedicated to the digital enablement and deployment of marketing content—particularly for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Acting as a global content hub, the Content Factory supports a wide range of markets by delivering high-quality, modular content production and Veeva/Salesforce-enabled assets, while ensuring compliance, consistency, and agility. Our model focuses on automation, localization, and smart reuse of assets, allowing teams to deliver with precision while continuously upskilling in digital tools and platforms. The Program Director, Project Director and TDD will be expected to spend at least 1 day per week in the Pfizer Japan offices to ensure collaboration with the local Pfizer teams. Overview The Program Director will take overall accountability for the successful delivery of the Japan Hub setup by overseeing three critical workstreams: Transition Management, Operations, and Hub Administration. This role requires a strategic leader who can align cross-functional efforts, manage senior stakeholders, and drive excellence in execution. The Program Director will ensure that the Japan Hub is established as a world-class operational center that meets organizational objectives and client expectation. Program Leadership Define and drive the strategic vision for the India Hub program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee execution across three workstreams; act as primary escalation point. Workstream Oversight Lead Transition Management from Poland/APAC to India. Ensure Pfizer Operations receives and implements the Transition Plan. Oversee Hub Setup & Administration for Japan Hub infrastructure and compliance. Stakeholder Management Align program objectives with senior leaders across Publicis Production. Build and manage relationships with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders. Serve as the central communication hub among all key parties. Risk & Change Management Proactively manage risks and implement change initiatives. Maintain stakeholder engagement through clear communication strategies. Resource & Financial Management Optimize resource allocation and manage program budget within approved limits. Align investments with long-term strategic goals of the Japan Hub. Responsibilities 12+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives. Proven track record in global operational transitions, client delivery, and hub administration. Bilingual in English and Japanese ( Business Level) Additional information KPIs Program Delivery: Achieve 100% of milestones across all three workstreams within agreed timelines. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain a 95% satisfaction rate in stakeholder feedback surveys. Budget Adherence: Deliver the program within 95% of the approved budget. Risk Mitigation: Resolve 100% of identified critical risks within defined timelines. Quality Metrics: Meet or exceed quality benchmarks for all workstream deliverables.
