**What You'll Do**
+ Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
+ Lead, mentor, and inspire a team—managing hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance to build a culture of excellence.
+ Champion program planning and delivery, making sure services are engaging, consistent, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
+ Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, advocate for those you serve, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
+ Take an active role in financial management, safety, and maintaining welcoming, well-run environments.
+ Be available on-call to support your team, provide coverage, and ensure seamless program operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ related experience in Human Services preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
+ Any required training, licensure, or certification per state or regulatory guidelines.
+ Valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.
+ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Strong communicator and relationship builder with a compassionate, reliable approach.
