7+ years of program management experience on large-scale Navy IT or Cyber contracts valued at $50M+ AnnuallyManaging 200 plus FTE’sActive DoD Top Secret clearanceCurrent PMP certificationBachelor’s degreeProven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirementsIn-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&MsFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standardsPreferred:
Experience managing large DoD IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiativesKnowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologiesBackground in exercise planning across multiple warfare domainsUnderstanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systemsMaster’s degree in related field or management fieldExperience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboardsLocation: Virginia Beach, VA | On-Site
