Job Description The Program Design Manager for Channel Management is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize channel partner relationships and drive revenue growth. This role involves designing programs and initiatives to support channel partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee Trade Marketing functions related to one of the following channels:
National SalesAffinityOn-LinePTSStoresRetailer ChannelsEnsures the following are done:
A. Leads update / alignment and review to include:
· channel/trade insights
· competitive updates
· Brand offers and Brand Reviews.
· Program Review to cover per channel/sub channel performance
· updated channel profiles and sub channel behavior
Correlates available information to ensure creation, implementation of the right program for the right channel /market
Provides feedback on market response on program implemented
B. Crafts and develops channel initiated promos and Customize Brand initiated programs
Creates quarterly promos/programs
· Coordinates with channel heads on strategies for program creation for whole channel implementation or specific sub channel implementation
· Coordinates with the NTMG Brand SPOC on brand led programs for customization and implementation in the sales channels
Provides support for all program implementation (documentation - PWP/work plan reco handling / approval; stock allocation; cashiering guidelines, cascade with set guidelines and parameters)
Coordinates execution of programs with (the different support groups if necessary and) the channels to ensure alignment with brand and channel strategies /directions
C. Traffics and manages channel initiated and brand initiated programs (to avoid duplication efforts, waste of resources, spill-over of programs and ensure full bridging of targets)
· Maintains a consolidated calendar of execution for all sponsored programs/activities
D. Leads in the consolidation of the post-analysis report for all promos/programs executed in the channels.
· Identify consumer and channel insights on what worked and areas that need improvement
· Finds opportunities in improving future runs of the program based on best practices and areas for improvement
E. Facilitates budget monitoring for channel initiated programs
· Tracks approved budget vs actual expenses vs savings re-allocations
· Ensures timely processing of payment /reimbursements, accruals and savings reporting.
