Job description

Role: Senior Delivery lead (Program Manager)
Skills: End to End program delivery, Agile, financial services domain knowledge
Location: Burgess Hill – United Kingdom

ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end delivery from initiation through production release.Facilitate Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning, integrated release planning, and agile ceremonies.Manage E2E test planning, execution, and reporting.Align cross-platform dependencies and ensure readiness for delivery.Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Business Partners to ensure strategic alignment.Track and report on program metrics, risks, and delivery health.Promote continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.Manage external vendor relationships where applicable.Ability to inform or co-develop architecture and process flows for end-to-end solutions.Strong understanding of technical platforms and applications.Skilled in facilitating technical alignment across product teams.Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical and business product managers on solution design is a plusExperience managing cross-platform or enterprise-scale initiatives.Ability to drive data-informed decisions using delivery metrics.Experience in Financial Services domainExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Required Qualifications:10 + years of experience in Program or Project Management.Proven experience in end-to-end delivery for large-scale, critical initiatives in close collaboration with engineering, product, and business leadersStrong experience in Agile, Scrum, or other rapid development methodologies.Background in software design and coding across one or more platforms is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domainGood Analytical and Problem-solving skillsA high degree of initiative and flexibilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
