The Program Data and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that data is collected and managed with a single customer view and that BASF remains in compliance with privacy agreements and laws through oversight of data governance. Furthermore, the Program Data and Fulfillment Specialist ensures that programs are paid accurately and on time. Finally, the specialist supports the design and implementation of data management workflow processes to support ongoing and future business.
As a Program Data & Fulfillment Specialist, you create chemistry by...Working with the agency partner to develop quality assurance plans and participating in testing and approvals. Reviewing and approving program calculations and payments.Designing and implementing supporting tools and processes with the agency partner and Commercial Operations team. Collaborating to identify data requirements and mitigate risks.Designing customer statements and ensuring accurate delivery of program payments. Aligning payments with customer expectations set by the Commercial Operations Team.Developing knowledge of processes supporting program delivery and recommending enhancements. Consulting on the design of new programs as a subject matter expert.Interpreting and articulating new programs developed by the Commercial Operations team and supporting implementation success by working with the agency partner to create reconciliation, communication, integration, and data plans.If you have...
A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, Information Systems or relevant quantitative field of study.A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a data management or commercial field working with data analysis or loyalty programs.Data management and analytics. Ideally, demonstrate a strong analytical mindset. Exceptional communication skills (oral & written).Strong collaboration skills - ability to embrace and implement change, while working with multiple stakeholders.
