In this job, you will:
Setting up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
Performing analyses and preparing reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated values
Preparing and reporting Northrop Grumman Financials; AOP/LRSP development and quarterly EACs
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract and NCTA work and performing or assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
Preparing program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
Ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the customer
Incorporating contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of industry related experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry related experience
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis experience
Experience with financial analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) customer reporting
Experience with SAP ERP, Cognos reporting, ProPricer, and/or PowerBI
Program cost control experience
Experience with Cobra and SAP
Familiarity with FAR/DFAR
No clearance required to start
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Advanced Excel Techniques (i.e. v/h lookups, pivot tables, VBA/Macros)
Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and analyze data
Experience preparing and presenting complex financial analysis to leadership
Experience with GAAP, as well as Government Financial accounting practices
Department of Defense (DoD) experience
Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $93,240.00 - $114,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
