We have an immediate opportunity for a Program Cost Account Manager (CAM) and Bids and Proposals. The Program Cost Account Manager (CAM) is the primary interface between Operations and the program finance administrator. This position is responsible for the total program financials from bid/proposal through shipment. The CAM will make strategic decisions for the direction of the program related to manufacturing plans and program, including representing the factory in make/buy decisions and Cost Reduction Initiatives. It is imperative the CAM has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the production organization concerned with the assembly and processing operations, including a thorough understanding of manufacturing related policies/procedures and quality and customer requirements. Significant interface with both internal and external customers at Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Gates, EACs, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and customer visits/tours. This role is Remote role. **What You Will Do** + Work closely with the Bid and Proposal lead to generate well detailed proposals for the Camera and Sensor Packaging (CSP) operations for RVS (50% of job will be bid and proposals the other 50% will program CAM activities) + Use critical thinking to optimize and standardize CSP proposal process with an automated system as the final output + Monitor and control budget; Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis, and presentation, and understanding and use of Earned Value Management (EVM) + Support Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) gate activities and administration, including bid and proposal activities and risk and opportunity ownership. + Data analysis with critical thinking and facilitate results through a cross- functional team. + Manipulate and process reports and work artifacts with large amount of data **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years’ related experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of related experience. + Experience in programs, bids, proposals, finance and / or project management. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Computer proficiency with demonstrated ability to learn new software applications. + Familiarity with Supply Chain Management, scheduling, and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems (SAP PRISM) + Experience in transition to production programs, supporting in an operations management position of leadership. + IPDS Experience and excellent financial acumen + Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
