Job Overview:
Reporting to the Assistant Program Delivery Manager, the Program Coordinator works closely with internal vendors and key stakeholders to facilitate and support local Amazon events taking place in key buildings within Amazon corporate offices.
Amazon is a fast paced, demanding corporate environment and JLL is here to provide professional, service excellence. The Program Coordinator responds to customer requests and inquiries to ensure on-site events are executed smoothly and professionally.
Work Scope:
Execute on-site events smoothly and professionallyRespond to customer requests and inquiriesCoordinate resources for event space preparationDocument trends and identify process improvement opportunitiesInfluence improvement to policies and procedures as related to internal events and spacesOther duties as assigned in support of the Amazon Meetings & Events programEssential Functions:
Process event requests and correspond with Amazon customersCoordinate and lead planning and walkthrough meetingsDisseminate information to large audiencesProvide on-site coverage and troubleshooting during high-impact eventsOrganize and compile event data metricsCreate and maintain standardized event documentsRespond to and act on customer feedbackCreate and update various tracking and organizational documentsSupport inter-vendor communicationsPerform other duties as assigned by the Program Delivery ManagerEssential Physical Capabilities:
Ability to move around office buildings and event spacesCapability to operate personal computer, software as appropriate for project and all other office equipmentMeet highest attendance and punctuality requirementsEssential Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or event management and relevant hospitality experienceLocation:
