Program Coordinator - Call Center
**Description** The position in the Call Center will provide on-call schedule support for the Senior Program Coordinator - On-Call Schedules and utilize the scheduling applications and work with the different departments and clinics to create and manage on-call schedules. Tasks include gathering schedule requirements, assigns access levels to the department and clinic resource for on going on call schedule creation, creating on call profile/passwords, set up on call Short List for department and clinics, define instructions, train and review individual resources, pager numbers, carrier types, statuses and ID numbers, audit schedules, and conduct follow up on required scheduling needs. Additionally, the position will provide first level leadership support as a Call Center Lead Coordinator. Duties include call routing for main line calls, code dispatch, alarm monitoring, Call Center metric tracking, call support for Call Center operators, new hire training, additional Call Center project support, coverage monitoring and support among other lead tasks. This position requires one standby week in rotation with other Call Center Leads. The schedule for this position is the following: + 4 Hour shift every Wednesday focusing on On-Call Schedule Support + Every Friday 4:30PM-1AM as a Call Center Lead + Every Other Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) 4:30PM-1AM as a Call Center Lead + Opportunity to work additional shifts, dependent on Call Center staffing needs - shifts can be Day, Evening, or Night shifts Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
